We share these top ten trusted health tips for you to follow and they won't take too much effort to incorporate into your daily life.
FIVE IN THE MORNING
1. Including more flaxseeds in your daily diet
Flaxseed (also known as linseed) are a great source of fiber and omega-3 fatty acids, helping to support digestion and heart health.
When you buy your bag of flaxseeds, mill them to a finer texture in your food processor before storing in a container in your freezer. Everyday, add a tablespoonful or two to your yoghurt, bowl of fruit or other breakfast dish.
2. Enjoying a cup of homemade chai
Pour boiling water over a teabag in your favorite mug before adding a pinch of powdered turmeric, ginger, cinnamon and cardamom.
This delicious and uplifting drink will act as an immediate morning pick-me-up and help reduce inflammation throughout the body.
3. Hydrating first thing (and before your morning coffee)
Staying well hydrated is a simple but important way to support your health and energy levels. Our bodies are made up of some sixty percent water which is necessary for many functions - from regulating our body temperature, carrying those nutrients between organs and lubricating our joints.
If you can start your day with a large glass of water, this will help to wake you up and ensure your body performs at its best.
4. Writing down the five minute brain dump
Before starting the day, consider writing down everything on your mind - whether it be tasks-to-do, your thoughts or your worries. This will help to clear mental clutter, reducing stress while helping you to focus.
This is a great way to stop you from feeling overwhelmed while making space for more creativity and productivity.
5. Balancing on one leg while cleaning your teeth in the morning
This habit helps improve stability, core strength and co-ordination. A fun way to train your balance every day without needing extra time.

FIVE IN THE EVENING
1. Doing Breathing Exercises
Take a few moments to do a simple nasal breathing exercise with a few rounds of deep, slow breaths in and out through your nose, helping you to shift into a calm but focussed state.
2. Having a five minute dance party
Even just a few minutes of dancing can increase your levels of dopamine (the happiness hormone) and decrease cortisol (the stress hormone) in your body.
Put on your favorite upbeat song and move in whatever way feels good to you...
3. Taking a magnesium bath before bed
A warm and soothing bath before bed is always a good way to wind down after the day's activities and relax.
Add a cupful of Epsom salts and a few drops of our own Lavender Oil to the bath water and make sure to stay in your bath for at least twenty minutes for the full benefits. Find out more here...
4. Flossing every evening
Flossing daily (as well as brushing morning and night) is key to good oral health. You can use a combination of floss, interdental brushes and a water flosser for maximum effect as, used together, they prevent cavities, gum disease and bad breath.
If you can reduce harmful bacteria, you can help to reduce inflammation in the rest of your body. Unfortunately, your mouth is the gateway for bacteria.
5. Enjoying an evening glycine ritual.
This might be something new for you to try! Before bed, mix a teaspoon of glycine powder into a warm herbal tea.
Glycine supports relaxation, sleep quality and recovery, signalling to your body that it is time to rest.
